This was Matt and Chad's epic 'Team am' trip 8)

This was the most faff free trip ever – ropes packed at 1 am followed by sleep, up at 7 am, into the cave at 8 am, back for noon, time for breakfast then I was off for another trip! Great fun :)

Quite a nice little cave, we took our time; felt no need to rush. Three relatively short pitches, the first time I’ve abseiled off a tree which was good fun – Matt G loves his rigging – he rigs – he admires then moves on :) I myself have really become an SRT fan – it’s great! We did some exploring at the bottom. We tried and failed to find Burnett's Passage in order to bypass the second pitch which seemed to take up most of the time in the cave (Still a good amount of crawling and climbing to be had) – so we ended up going up the pitch instead – passed other cavers who were going down – came up the last pitch (certainly entertaining prussicing out with a tackle sack dragging you down lol) and were really happy with our early morning caving effort. It was now certainly time for breakfast! :) 8)
