Ogof Ffynnon Ddu 2 (top)

A leisurely Sunday trip, armed with a survey, with the aim of exploring various side passages, joining together some of the sections along the usual route near the entrance. This mostly involved going round in circles a lot in order to choose the passages we hadn't been down before, but it was good when we got to junctions that we recognised and so could piece it all together.

The route: White arch series, followed by a few figure of 8s, then to the top of Arete chamber approaching from the north, the top of Arete chamber from the south, to the back of the wedding cake, then back to white arch, mini columns and out.
