Definitely worse if you are a bit wider/broader around the chest getting out of the Backbreaker - I thought my legs would be short enough to avoid any fancy leg bending techniques - just ended up be being in possession of a sore left thigh. I think it was ok for Toby on the way out as he could fit through the tight bit the rest of us couldn't :(
Kudos for Walmsley though - wider and taller than me but did it with less grunting .

Anyway, the worst things about the squeezes, (apart from them hurting a bit) is definitely the near static water hanging about e.g. backbreaker had about a foot and half of water in when I went though. I removed some of the water with my face/within my oversuit, and the rest by undamming it at the other side. YUK!

Trip wasn't as bad/involving as I thought it was going to be - definitely worth it for the formations :)
One helicite had formed a loop with another one - and there was an orange octapus type one. By far the coolest.
