Good report Toby, but the muddy wallows were noticeable!

They're a massive puddle of very thin mud, which is quite deep, so when crawling goes above shoulder level for people with short arms!!!!

I think the Canals are best done by staying low, grabbing on to the sides and flinging yourself around hoping you hit the floor occasionally- pretty fun :P

4 for faff because we got over half the way to BPF before Mark realised he'd forgotten his helmet !! I think we were pretty efficient underground :)
