Knackering, though oddly I'm not as sore today as I have felt afer other caves!
The crawls were interesting with tackle sacks to say the least...
I agree with Gary in that following instructions is good, there was some interesting yoga going on from Andy at the start, let alone noises!!
Some of the formations we saw were pretty amazing, it was great to see them looking so pristine.
I was a little disappointed GG wasn't as powerful as the last time I went down, but I got to see the glory (?!?) of Mud Hall this time.
