A superb trip and well done to Andy and Dom for remembering the way and navigating so well. With the exception of a few minor detours we hardly went wrong.

The trip gets a 4 for hardcore, because of the entrance series being rather damp and grotty, and the 7 hour epic adventure being very tiring indeed. Forget the gym, or circuits... this has to be the ultimate test of cardiovascular fitness! Constant climbing and stomping!

Owing to my intollerance to cold water when not wearing a wetsuit, I was rather apprehensive about the Sewer sections which I had been told involved full body submersion. Caving hype however, as the water never got higher than the top of my legs! And I did the awkward high traverse (very scary as no footholes!) to avoid getting chest damp!

I would love to return to Draenen next year and explore more of the system.
