Report by Imogen Shepherd

We wandered up to the cave before getting changed into our caving gear and it was really easy to find. We found a few other caves that were in Northern Caves 3 on the way too and took photos of them for our ongoing Easegill Entrances Photo Collection.

The poo in the cave was a bit gross (some humans really disgust me!), but aside from that the cave was fun and easy (well it would have been if I hadn't been so injured). Very short pitches with no technical SRT would make it a good alternative first SRT trip for Freshers if combined with something else. Or maybe a good midnight caving trip. It's a fairly quick trip, with some varied stuff (SRT, crawling, streamways, climbs, stompy bits in the streamway, some pretty-ish calcite formations).

Good choice for us, and well done to Kevin for rigging and de-rigging the cave! Me and Nikki were too lazy/broken to do it :)
