Gover was also on this trip... At last, we made it all the way round!!! Fantastic/knackered. Could have done with a ghetto blaster. I slid down a rope which I coldn't climb up. I am a lemming.

this cave was chosen as our srt kits were feeling somewhat rejected and neglected, being in wales and all. Thus in order to cheer the little fellas up a bit we trekked (and i mean trekked) to Pant Mawr, experiencing all manner of sunshine, rain, snow and hail on the way. when we finally arrived (about three days later) it was a good little trip, lots of unspolit pretty stuff to see. a wicked trip though was just a tad damp to get anywhere near the main streamway. boo. yet all was not lost as we made a point of seeing every possible formation etc on the way out. lots of exciting free climbs, scrotty crawls and funky pretty stuff ensued -fun for all the family. yet the day was truly enhanced by the eighth wonder of the world: the swcc hut. an amazing place, a true oasis of warmth and happiness... read more

It wasn't that long but it had some 'kin big shafts in it. Using a tackle bag strap as a sling on the last pitch was 'innovative', thanks gove.
